We held an auction on March 13 in which Lorne was commissioned to sell the contents of my mother's home. The choice of Lorne as our auctioneer was certainly the proper foundation on which to build a successful sale.
Lorne proved to be a knowledgeable auctioneer who had an excellent grasp of present day market conditions. Throughout the process, Lorne was informative, truthful, upfront, reliable, and always considerate of the feelings of the sellers. He also possessed a rapport with the audience during the auction that was unmatched in any other auction we had attended.

We really like the early starting time. Quite often I'm tied up with something else in the afternoon and with the 9:00 start I can still get in three or four hours.

A quality auction. Well run. Educated staff. Quick paced with
none of the BS/jokes/long winded stories that other auctioneers
seem to think we like. Kudos to Lorne and the staff on this 1st
auction - yes, 1st auction - it ran like they were auctioning
for years.
